Description:
We (a company) would like to donate work to Wiki. We have built a database with objective information about Video Games over the last 4 years, and we continue to test and analyze video games full time.
We can provide Wiki with cover art, screenshots and standard publishing facts like release dates, publisher and developer and probably a few more data. Since we are talking about a lot of information already available in our database, and the several hundred games processed each year, we cannot afford to manually place/donate this. The work inserting the current data itself would probably require over hundred hours of work.
However, we can provide wiki with an XML stream with all the data and links to the images. And then Wiki could process this. Since this is an ongoing process I was hoping it would be possible to find a more dynamic solution.
All the games in our database are indexed by the EAN13 number (barcode) and this is the primary key we use to feed external (commercial) clients with xml info.

A few words on the company and the work we do:
gameXplore is a company that analyze and test video games to provide objective information to various sources. Where everyone else were doing subjective reviews of video games, we thought we'd do it differently. This is why we feel that we can contribute some of our work to Wiki.
Before I go on in details, I thought I'd check if this is at all interesting to you?
The data we can provide is factual. If automated it will be very timely updated.

Kind regards,

Not really sure where this goes, but it's certainly not here. Wanting to add content to the English Wikipedia would be something to discuss with them, not on the bug tracker.

On a technical note: the write API has been enabled since this post, perhaps those interested (if they still are) could use that.
