Description

Like an hour ago I created a tool named "eulenwiki". The tool does not show up in the tools list and I don't have access to it. However, trying to create it again with the same name returns "creation failed". I suppose that the creation of the tool failed at some point and is stuck in the line.

According to a user's statement in the IRC channel, problems of LDAP might be related to this issue.
