notability deletion hard to object to

Description:
I googled PHPSlash and was happy to see Wikipedia as number 2 on the list of 73,400 hits. I respect Wikipedia articles. But I saw something I'd never seen before on Wikipedia. There was a "The content of this article may not satisfy the notability guidelines..." box on the page mentioning the likelihood of deletion of the article. Well, of course, I wanted to object to deletion right away. Unfortunately, after wasting a half hour searching more than 20 Wikipedia pages and discussions, I still do not know how to place my objection. Oh, there are plenty of links if you want to recommend something for deletion, but nothing tells you how to object.

Would it be so hard? Would it be so hard to place a link right there in that box that lets you object?

Please, please level the playing field. Don't give haters-of-information-they-don't-understand the upperhand. Let the readers who actually see the information have the opportunity to be heard. Give us a link to voice our opinions.

Thanks,
M.P.

That's just a generic note someone else added to the page; it's not automatically slated for deletion.

You can click the "edit" tab at the top of the page and improve the article at any time.

Feel free to remove the tag about notability once you're satisfied with the state of the article; it wouldn't hurt to add a note on the talk page (click the "discussion" tab at the top of the page) explaining that you believe you've addressed the issue.
