I installed UploadWizard extension on my wiki and everything seems to be working fine, but I stuck with tinkering with it's configuration. How do I configure UploadWizard to make all of the required fields unrequired? We upload a lot of memes from the internet to our wiki and the wast majority of those memes have unknown authors or just unoriginal, and doesn't really need a description either. Those required fields just slow down the upload time of our images.

If you're running a recent version of UploadWizard, you can mostly disable the licensing options as described in the README (at the bottom): https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EUWI/browse/master/README – with this config, the "Release rights" will be replaced with a generic checkbox like "I confirm that this upload complies with this site's policies".
Unfortunately, the rest is not really configurable at the moment. We mostly develop UploadWizard for Wikimedia Commons, where all the fields are required. We would be happy to accept patches to make it possible to configure this, though.
