internal discussion of oversight response volunteers working on oversight-fa-wp queue.

The requested list aims to facilitate members to communicate more efficiently
on handling difficult tickets. The list is therefore requested to be private
both on archives and distributions.

Although subscription should be moderated and upon approval, anyone may post to
the list to contact and discuss by oversight-fa-wp members as whole together.
