Inhibit search engine indexing of certain history revisions

They come from a well known SPAMmer subnet, over which we had placed several blocks in the past for quite some times.

My only idea as to why they now insert SPAM and immediately delete it again is that, they must be sucking some benefit from the page history. Thus I'd suggest to add page headers to such pages that ask search enginges not to index them. See http://www.robotstxt.org/meta.html - <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"> would be the only sensible choice.

Of course, unless we do so customarily for all pages in edit histories, tagging/untagging a prior page revision as "NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW" would have to be requiring admin rights.

My suggestion was, to have a checkbox added to "rollback" and "undo" for admins, that request tagging as NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW, if checked. Also, in the history display, for admins, these properties should be presented in a fashion similar to the watch/unwatch link, so as to allow later changes of these attributes.
