Measure Impact of Recommendations on CX

Description

We would like to be able to measure what impact translation recommendations are having on user engagement in the CX tool. In particular, we would like to know how often users start and finish a new translation based on a suggestion.

It seems like CX logs a special campaign name for translations started from the suggestions pane:
