I was told at http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Caf%C3%A9/Portal/Archivo/T%C3%A9cnica/Actual that I should ask here to have the Wikichart (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiCharts) installed for the ES domain in Wikipedia.
Wikichart provides updated stats about most popular pages on a wiki. This tool is installed for EN, UK, DE and other wikis. I would like to install is for ES domain. Is this the right place to ask? If not, where is it?

I believe WikiCharts is no more. If so, can this be closed?
