Description:
Earlier today a vandal uploaded an image of a user, thus revealing their identity without permission. Steward Millosh attempted to oversight the image, but couldn't figure out how to do it. Guillom, another steward tried to help, but apparently images cannot be oversighted. http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Millosh/Oversighting_images explains what has to be done currently, that is, asking a sysadmin to remove it manually.
