Oversight and SiteMatrix (other extensions not tested) page title is broken if the translated title contains space.

Test case:
language=id (Indonesian)
MediaWiki:sitematrix = "Daftar wiki Wikimedia" ; title displayed as "<sitematrix>"
MediaWiki:oversight = "Log penghapusan revisi secara permanen" ; title displayed as "<oversight>"

Can not be reproduced on local installation, bug seems happened only on Wikipedia

Nothing to do with spaces; just some bugs introduced in those extensions. Oversight was previously fixed; SiteMatrix fixed in r29832.
