Description

shows "<sitematrix>" as header since [[q:cs:MediaWiki:Sitematrix]] doesn't exist (although it should take default from messages php file)

shows proper header because [[w:cs:MediaWiki:Sitematrix]] exists (although it has the same content as default message)
