Going to https://wikimedia.biterg.io/app/kibana#/dashboard/Git-Demographics , the "The Newest Authors" widget shows that the last commit by a new author was on June 28th, 2016.
That's not correct if you look at http://korma.wmflabs.org/browser/code_contrib_new_gone.html showing more recent new contributors.

The "Authors Inactive for 6 Months" widget does update correctly though, as its last entry is "Last Commit: March 25th, 2016".
