Data is updated using @Aklapper SH database. Now it is time to enable the latest feature to include these changes without overwriting anything.
Jul 13 2017
There was an old method to sync databases that it is not working properly. I'm deploying the new one at the same time data gets refreshed and hourly updated.

@Aklapper this is something tricky as we discard by policy to merge accounts using the same mail with different names. 99% of the time this activity belongs to a bot.

The process should be restored by tomorrow morning. I'll keep you updated.

We're currently working on upgrading Wikimedia so maybe we broke also this. It will be fixed asap.
Mar 10 2017
We are still having some issues with Gerrit (sigh) ... we're working on this until it is fixed, hopefully early next week
Mar 9 2017
@Aklapper Data collection is already done, we are polishing up the enrichment process (where raw data is converted to enriched data), so the panel will be deployed during the next days.
Data about Git and Gerrit is being refreshed this week. On Monday we found a bug in Gerrit which is blocking us, as soon as it is fixed (hopefully during today) we are providing you indexes synced with your identities data.
Mar 2 2017
It seems we are creating a schema newer than the panel. Working on that.

@Aklapper this is finally done!
Feb 24 2017
Our developers are working on this. I'm going to check whether they fixed for the release published yesterday. If not, we'll have to wait until next one (done every Thursday)
Feb 14 2017
@Aklapper I confirm this is broken right now. I'm appliying it manually today and talking with the guys to code the fix.
Feb 7 2017
The mailing list returned some errors we did not catch by mistake. According to our developers this is fixed with the version of the stack so we will migrate you to have the latest software. We didn't do it before due to the structure currently used is not modular, the new structure based on independent docker containers allow us to upgrade easily all the environments. We'll push to have this before end of next week so you'll start getting regular updates more often.

@Aklapper if we want to recover the legacy Bitergia dashboard what we have to do is:
- deploying a virtual machine with a web server like apache/nginx
- clone this repo in the root of the virtual host defined https://github.com/Bitergia/mediawiki-dashboard
- update it every day via "git fetch && git rebase"
Jan 20 2017
Thank you @Aklapper ! We could deploy it next with (even with a subset of the data) so you can play with it. It is saving a lot of time here in Bitergia filtering tickets so I hope it is going to be also useful for you guys.
2nd ping :O

We're stuck :(
Jan 4 2017
Guys, we are ready to deploy this but we are finding some issues with the data collection. We do not manage to download more than 600 tickets. Do you have a limitation or do we need a special token? We named it "maniphestbot"

Update: @Aklapper we're reviewing the IRC data we have with the new platform. We have half of the messages we had with the legacy version ..

@Aklapper can we close this issue?
Legacy version of the dashboard stopped running and left a .pid file, so the next execution was not able to start. One of our devops found the file, remove it and executed again.
We're delayed with this deployment. No technical issues so the new ETA is sometime next week. Sorry for the wrong estimation.

The thing about this panel is to measure the amount of time need for a ticket to reach its final state. Having only open changesets makes sense when you are having a look at the Backlog. In any case @Dicortazar may have comments about this.
I'm trying to get a realistic date for this new panel so I need some feedback from you. What's the status of the Gerrit-to-Differential thing? I saw you guys have around 500 changesets in Differential...
I'm not sure, so please @Dicortazar correct me if I'm wrong, but the Git demographics panel is correct, the thing is you would need demography information applied to Gerrit.
You can find reviews created on 2013 using these filters:
Gerrit data was updated. This issue does no longer exist as far as I see.
This new panel should be published within the next 7 days. I'm asking the devops team to get confirmation.
We're investigating it.
I confirm that blacklist is not working. Working on it ..
It seems clear we need to polish up these panels. In the meantime, @Dicortazar could you please clarify the data shown in the widget?

We are working on this. Will be done before Friday Nov 25th.
This is done.
