remarks: This comments incorporates more issues:

1. « Database locked » is taking the place where the *valid* « page title » is shown normaly. This is a user interface issue.

2. The user rights are not applicable in this form at a locked database. Some tabs make no sense. I assume that only
   • Page
   • Discussion
   • Show source
   • History
     
     should be shown This is a user right managment issue.

Looking closer one might say this is not an error; this is only a warning.

Note to self: Use ErrorPageError, add $wgOut->setTitle(new BadTitle);

Could you please provide a status update and inform us whether you are still working (or still plan to work) on this issue?
