Editors who watch pages in the Wikimedia projects hardly ever watch their corresponding items in Wikidata. As time goes on and data from Wikidata are more and more used in the Wikimedia projects, these items have greater impact over the corresponding pages, but vandalisms on the items cannot be directly noticed by watchers of the Wikimedia pages.

I propose adding an option in the [[Special:Watchlist]] of all the linked-to-Wikidata Wikimedia projects that can be enabled (or disabled) by every user to watch (or stop watching) pages and their corresponding Wikidata items at the same time.
