Request increased quota for services-test labs project

Description

Project Name: services-test
Type of quota increase requested: room enough to add a 16G instance (+~11G RAM, +5 VCPUs)
Reason: I need to analyze a Java heap dump. This requires a machine with at least as much free RAM as the size of the dump (12G).

I can grant a temporary quota increase while you debug this problem.

HOWEVER, as far as I can tell there is no such project named services-test. Can you clarify?

Sorry, I guess that's services-testbed.

OK, quotas are increased. Please make a note on this ticket when you're done debugging and I'll move the quotas back to their previous values:

Cores: 8
RAM: 16384

FYI, most of our other work is in the "services" project. IIRC -testbed was a duplicate created around the same time.
