Description

When a red link is generated through the transclusion of a non-existent page the URL the link points to should have action=editredlink, not action=edit. [[User:John_Reaves/PT]] has plenty of test cases. Also, the title of such links should be generated from [[MediaWiki:Red-link-title]].
