Hello,

I need an IP address exemption for a Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon next week. We will have around 100 attendees.
My wikipedia account page is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:MeganPeiser
We will also need exemptions for account creation on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

Just for clarify. You need an exception for 100 new accounts from ranges written upper between 11am and 3pm CST for en.wikipedia.org and commons.wikimedia.org?

After the deployment you will have an exception for 200 new accounts from ranges written upper between 10am and 4pm for en.wikipedia.org and commons.wikimedia.org. Is it okay for you?

Okay, that's good. As I wrote upper this will be deployed later as this is non-emergency stuff (Monday, November 28 14:00–15:00 UTC (8:00-9:00 CST)).
