__HIDDENCAT__ leaves box when no categories

Description:
On some pages, such as http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Request_an_account&oldid=195949352, they are placed into a hidden category. The problem is, they have no other categories, but that hidden one. This causes a blank box to show up at the bottom of the page. If there are no other categories but that hidden one, the box should not be there. Thanks, Soxred93.
