Description

This seems to be a problem, reported at https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Fragen_zur_Wikipedia#Visual_Editor .
Machine translation tells me the user is prompted to create a page in VE despite having it turned off, and doesn't appreciate having to do an extra click.
I believe a workaround has been provided locally.

I think I may have misunderstood the situation. When looking at the history of that MediaWiki message, it looks like a workaround had been put in place for T152593, and this is what prompted a protest.
