Allow entry of globe field, and provide display of globe field, for coordinate location in Wikidata

Description

Currently when viewing a coordinate location with the Wikidata user interface, the globe field is not displayed. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/DataModel/JSON#globecoordinate for a description of the globe field, and https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q689195 for an example of an item where the globe is not the default, Earth.

The ability to enter the globe field should be provided so those who use the user interface can add coordinate locations on solar system objects other than Earth, and the field should displayed so editors can verify the correctness of the field, especially in the case of solar system objects other than Earth. Such provision will also eliminate the motivation to create properties to work around this limitation, such as this property proposal.
