Hello,

as discussed at http://no.wikinews.org/wiki/Wikinytt:Desken#Endringer_vi_m.C3.A5_sp.C3.B8rre_utviklerne_om, we request three technical updates:

  1. Local uploads should be enabled. We already have a image policy (http://no.wikinews.org/wiki/Wikinytt:Bildepolicy), as well as all the necessary templates etc.
  1. Enable the “Comments” namespace, as used at the English Wikinews
  1. Install http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Page_change_notification

Please open one bug per request/technical change. I split this bug into 3 bugs.

  1. Local uploads should be enabled. We already have a image policy
