Description:
Sometimes, the TOC table is XML bad formed. I cannot see immediately when this bug appears, See an example at
http://hklab.net/wiki/Mediawiki_1.12_Bad_Formed_XML_In_TOC

Without TOC (NOTOC) the page validates perfectly but with TOC it doesn't. As I use application/xhtml+xml with Firefox and Opera, the page doesn't show at all.

Seems fixed in trunk.
