Steps to reproduce

Go to Special:NewPagesFeed on en.wikipedia.org
Click a page to review
Click delete and select a speedy deletion criteria
Click mark for deletion

This will cause the page curation toolbar to have a circular loading dial that never stops. When the page is reloaded, the speedy deletion tag is in place, but the page creator has not been notified. First reported here and I have verified it as being a problem on my end as well.
