Further telling something about dynamic templates etc. being dependent on changed variables ({{{1}}}?); [changed since beginning of the marking process]!

Reload of the page helps.
At [[:de:Wikipedia:Fragen_zur_Wikipedia#Sichten:_.22Diese_Aktion_konnte_nicht_..._angewendet_werden..22]] is mentioned that this happens if you are viewing a diff and then click "Back" in your browser towards the raw article before clicking on the flag link.

I cannot test this out, see bug 14968/bug 14969 ;-)
