Commons UploadWizard fails after repeated attempt to upload a .FLAC audio file

Description

Tried on MacOS 10.12.5, on Firefox, Chrome and Opera (all with latest stable updates) after cleaning cache and it fails.

Additional issues:

  • Same issue with Pattypan and Vicuña Uploader
  • The audio file already exists on Internet Archive and URL2Commons also failed to upload on Commons from Internet Archive.

@psubhashish1: Are any Move-Files-To-Commons tools involved here, or is this about UploadWizard instead?
Asking because of the associated project tags (which you could change via Add Action... → Change Project Tags).

Both UplodWizard and other Move-Files-To-Commons tools but most importantly UploadWizard.

(Per your description, this seems to affect all methods of uploading files, not specifically UploadWizard.)

@psubhashish1 can you try the upload again? We've fixed today an issue in T166482 which could be related. Thanks!
