In preparation for the straw poll on de.wikipedia.org about the future of flagged revisions, we would like to try out a different configuration, namely what Erik called the "patrolling" configuration, where the default setting for IPs is to see the current version.

Note to sysadmins: this can be done by changing $wgFlaggedRevsOverride to false.
