Main page feed card should use the same sort order on iPad as iPhone

Description

Currently, the main page feed card is at the top of the narrower column. To simplify things (and unify ordering with the iPhone), I'd propose moving it to below the top read card.

Current:

Testing Criteria
On iPad, ensure the main page card is no longer at the top of the narrower column. Ensure it appears below the top read section.
