update footer link(s) on ganglia

Description:
One link in the footer of http://ganglia.wikimedia.org/ needs an update. "Request stats" should now link to http://toolserver.org/~leon/stats/reqstats/ or possibly http://toolserver.org/~leon/stats/reqstats/page.php instead of http://hemlock.knams.wikimedia.org/~leon/stats/reqstats

Please also check the "Profiling" link in the footer on this occasion. The page http://noc.wikimedia.org/cgi-bin/report.py only gives an error ('connection refused'), at least at the moment.

As far as the Profiling link, it does not give a connection refused at this time. However it give a big ol' nasty error and will have to be looked at.
