Apparently there’s a way we can avoid the per-IP query limit on the query service when running queries for WikibaseQualityConstraints – according to @Jonas there’s a special port we could use. @Smalyshev do you know more about this?

Port 8888 has longer timeouts, but does not have (currently) exception from IP limits. See: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/operations-puppet/browse/production/modules/wdqs/templates/nginx.erb

Okay, in that case we might as well continue using the regular port, since we set a shorter maxQueryTimeMillis anyways (currently 10000, with T168938 5000).

Let’s close this and open a new task if we seem to be running into the IP limit. (So far, there have only been three SPARQL errors at all, over several weeks, and those could be anything.)
