Problem with Entry's counter on bengali wiktionary

Description

Recently i edited three thousand entries (ns 0) via my bot account. Edit was cleaning, removing non existing template, adding category. Before i started the bot there was 4497 entries ({{NUMBEROFARTICLES}}). After finished editing i noticed that special:statistics showing there is now 2611 entries.

How is it possible & where is other (1886) entries?

Another thing i noticed that if i create an entry without adding any category, Entry's counter don't count that entry (It shows same as before).

the counter counts pages in main namespace with at least one link. Dead-end pages are not counted.
