Description:
Don't cache if "from" or "until" parameters set.

Category pages are cached when $wgUseFileCache is enabled. This fails when there are more articles than will fit on a single category page, and the user selects the next (or previous) link. (The "from" and "until" parameters are ignored.)

Similar to bug 9558.
