Reason: In order to practice Kafka cluster migrations and upgrades. There's not much we can currently clean up, as most of the things we test in labs are clustered, so require multiple nodes.

Sure, i can probably work with that, thanks. Its mostly the # of instances we need increased, more so than the ram/cpus available.

It seems like there's enough RAM/CPUs allocated to accommodate 4 more medium instances. I've bumped up the instance quota from 20 to 24.

@Ottomata We are marking this as temporary quota increase, do you have an idea when we can drop the quota back down?

Analytics mostly uses labs so that we can test our clustered software somewhere other than production. We often have to do migrations between cluster hardware, software versions, and puppet changes. The 'practice' part of my original ticket didn't mean I wanted the increase to be temporary :) I'd like to be able to spawn up instances to practice migrations at will, without having to ask for this each time. Can we leave the +4 instances as permanent?
