Description

As discussed with @Smalyshev during Wikimania 2017, the back-end code should become a standalone repository.
This smoothes the workflow with respect to patches to WDQS.
The repo should be made as a module for WDQS.

Standalone module based on WDQS release 0.2.5: https://github.com/marfox/pst-backend ;
WDQS fork that integrates the above repo as a submodule: https://github.com/marfox/wikidata-query-rdf/tree/release4pst ;
original primary sources tool repo now uses the WDQS fork as a submodule: https://github.com/Wikidata/primarysources/tree/towards-v2 .
