Well, yes, the link should be http://stq.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bielde:Wiki.png indeed. I tried to update it to your version (I don't know much about images and pngcrush etc.) but it didn't work. So if you could please update it, I'll ask to protect it.

I made an appeal today to several Saterlandic admins and in the local village pump of the wikipedia to update the logo at stq:File:Wiki.png too (I don't have the proper rights). This is still true. You need to fix the logo. After that, reopen this request.
