Please compare the output of this: http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Huji/formatnum2

which shows the numbers with exponential

with this: http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Huji/formatnum

which shows the same number, without exponential. By checking the source of the pages, you'll see that User:Huji/formatnum includes everything that is in User:Huji/formatnum2 plus a few more lines. It seems like the addition of those lines has affected the output of the line of code that is common in two files.

In case you get a different output from what I said in the above, just create a test page under your user page, with the contents of my User:Huji/formatnum2 and save it, then change the page to match with my User:Huji/formatnum and save it again and purge the cache, to see the change in the output.
