I'm having issues trying to log in SWAP. I've reset the password through wikitech, but I'm still not able to login.
Apparently this issue is created due my "wiki" username is "dsaez" and me "shell" username is "diego".

Resolved | RobH | T175220 Change prod uid from diego to dsaez, so it can match with the ldap uid |
Assigning to Rob, who created both the LDAP and shell user access. This also triggers a warning in the daily account consistency check.
Change 376749 had a related patch set uploaded (by RobH; owner: RobH):
[operations/puppet@production] dsaez uid update
This change caused a wholly expected error, namely the new user had their uid used by the old username. Changing diego to dsaez in the admin module was the right move, but then required a manual removal of the diego user on the affected hosts.
I've done so manually and rerun puppet on each, and the new user 'dsaez' is in place. I've communicated the change to Diego via IRC, so he is aware!
