Browser Search doesnt search in Editfields
At the same time with T174723 the search with "Ctrl + F" only finds text outside the editbox.
Win 7 x64 with Opera 47.0.2631.71 (PGO) and Firefox 55.0.3

Added:

  1. Go to an page, as an example https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Benutzer_Diskussion:Quotengrote
  2. open it to edit
  3. "Ctrl + F" and search for "erfüllt"
  4. then the word should be found and highlighted
  5. in this case the search ignores all words in the editbox (the frame where i can edit the site content)

Occurs only when Syntax Highlighting is activated

What are "Editfields"?
Ideally, exact and clear steps to reproduce should allow any other person to follow these steps (without having to interpret those steps) and see the same results. Problems that others can reliably reproduce can get fixed faster. Thanks!
