The current admins of the Recommendation-api project [1] are not reachable (2 of them are not working at the foundation, not sure about the 3rd one). I'd like to get access to the project so that I can work on T174739: Make a tool to test section recommendations in editathon settings. Would you please add @bmansurov to the list of project admins? Pinging @DarTar in case you need an approval.

@DarTar you can ask @schana or @ellery add @bmansurov to the project using the form at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:NovaProject.
They just need to put "recommendation-api" in the "Project filter" section and then use the "Add member" link to add Baha to the project. They will need to make him an administrator too if he needs sudo on the project's VMs or to be able to make new VMs.
schana was on Phabricator under a week ago talking about a request they made in relation to this project. Is this urgent?
Kind of urgent because T174739: Make a tool to test section recommendations in editathon settings is due the end of September, beginning of October. I also need to catch up on the project as I'm new to it.
@schana is OOO through the 15th.
I did some searching around and it looks to me like DarTar's approval is good for this project
