Need easier tool for working on redundancy than "Inhalte übernommen" Template Tool (german WP)

Description

User Story: The helping page of the "Inhalte übernommen"-tool and the tool itself are very complicated to use for a not-programmer.

Context of use: For copying longer text parts while working on redundant articles everyone need to use the "Inhalte übernommen"-tool to copy version history for the correct import (important for licence laws).

Current Problems: unclear help-description, complicated handeling, complicated tool. Is there any other way to easy-create an Version-ID or copy current version of version-history for documentation of a copy of a part of a text? (as described in discussion)

Possible Solution: Directly within the version history page a button for "create" copy/create ID" of this version history.

Template description has been improved as far as possible (agreed).

Contributors tool has also German docpage.

I do not see further improvements possible and regard this issue as resolved.
