Description

Reported to me by @Bastenbas.

This picture has a strange description when it's viewed in mediaviewer : lang=fr.

Note that :

  • this file is called in an infobox, a template,
  • it has only {{en|1=xxx}} in the wikitext of the file on commons. No fr or text outside templates.

The description of that file is indeed lang=fr - you can see that in the tooltip when mousing over. Someone used ...|lang=fr|... in the image wikisyntax (see expanded wikitext) but there is no such option actually so it gets interpreted as description.

Framawiki claimed this task.

Thanks @Tgr ! I suppose that it's this edit to a template that causes this problem. I asked local sysadmins to revert it.
