I had mediawiki 1.12 with postgres database. When I updated to 1.13, [Especial:Categories|Especial:Categories] page was empty. After, I updated to 1.13.1 and page was also empty.
I was looking database model and I found two tables about category information: '''category''' and '''categorylinks'''. I think that category table must have all category counts by document type, and it is empty.

I ran this script http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Support_desk/Sections/System#Special to update table with categorylinks information, but I think it isn't correct.

Is possible that category table should be a view.
