Warn user if his edit has to be reviewed before it is shown as the default version
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Try to edit an sighted article in the German Wikipedia as an IP and you'll barely notice that sighted revisions are enabled. You click edit, get are warning that you are not logged in, and save. Then, a small notice is displayed that you are viewing the latest revision.

I think it'd help the counter vandalism unit much, if users where aware about FlaggedRevs before they save their edit. If vandals know, that their vandalism is never shown to anyone visiting the page (except the user who undoes the edit), there would be less motivation to vandalize.

Therefor, where appropriate, it'd be nice to have a warning message. (For example, something like this: "You are editing a flagged article. Your edit will be saved, but it has to be reviewed first by a trusted user in order to be shown to everyone.")
