Description

Somewhere on twn there is obviously a link to create tasks like T178233. Problems:

People waste time reporting stuff on Phab that is not handled on Phab. Like https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T178233 or https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T166957#3313513
Simple typos in English strings are not an I18n issue by definition. Still that link always adds that tag.
That link always adds the tag MediaWiki-General which is nearly never correct.

@Nemo_bis wanted the reports to go to Phabricator. There is no software support currently do it more granularly than per namespace.

This report combines several perceived issues and doesn't describe how the process could be better. We already have a report on granularity, as noted, and of course it's possible to consider alternative target tags if a proposal arises (of course they'll need to be discussed with the people who actually want to follow and act on those reports).
