Each task needs to be doable by a 13-17 years old student, some task can be repeatable. All tasks that are in project Google-Code-In-2016 can be updated to be in Google-Code-in-2017 as well
Tasks also must have detailed explanation of what needs to be done.
@Petrb Can you check T149967: Incorporate new languages into Huggle and see if new languages were added to source tree ?

If you find any new localization files, that actually contain localization (sometimes they only are copy of en.xml) and aren't in core.cpp it should be fixed.
