A user in ptwiki is complaining that even though he has both a local EditCounterOptin.js and a meta EditCounterGlobalOptIn.js pages his optin stats are not showing in XTools edit counter.

I have asked him to edit the pages and purged them myself a few times to no avail. My edit counter page is working properly, both with blanked opt-in pages and with content in them (showing and not showing opt-in content respectively.
