Description

Now if a page has Pending changes protection and patrollers add patrol tag to each revision MediaWiki doesn't accept the pending revision.
for example:
In page [[foo]] we have 5 pending revisions which are patrolled. MediaWiki doesn't show the pending texts to IP's although they are patrolled because the pending revisions are not Accepted.
