We are Khmer wikipedia contributors. We request for creation the new namespace for Khmer Wikipedia.

The same as English Wikipedia, we need "Portal" namespace that is translated into Khmer as:

"Portal" -> "ផតថល"
"Portal_talk" -> "ការពិភាក្សាអំពីផតថល"
