@Jehy Could I suggest you commit any patches into the relevant Gerrit repo for the extension, instead of crating a fork on GitHub, that means anyway that downloads the extension would be able to benefit from merged changes.

This would probably be best proposed upstream in phorge so all installs can benefit from the feature.

Legalpad creates an immutable, non-public record that can only be entered by the user that is logged in.

Are you sure you need multiple projects?, a tag (yellow) project is a secondary tag that will already have other projects attached to the task and you can just just search based on both project tags.

I'm not the biggest fan of the strike though as it makes the text harder to read (probably worse than the grey, but that might be a personal preference, at least with formatting in the lounge).

WikiScan is a third party service not maintained or hosted by WMF, You will need to raise issues directly with the WikiScan team, It looks like User:Akeron runs (or potentially ran) the service based on what I could find, although they havn't edited since Oct 2022 by the looks of GUC.
