Description

I wondered why those special pages never showed up in Special:SpecialPages. I should have access to those special pages because I'm in a group that has "centralauth-admin" on another wiki. I have access to Special:CentralAuth, but not those.

You have to be in a *global* group with the permissions 'globalgrouppermissions' and 'globalgroupmembership'.

I'll give you help in setting this up on IRC.
